Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All candy orders are hand-packed with care! Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–7 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or special promotions.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Warm Weather Notice
Candy can melt in hot temperatures. We do our best to package all items carefully, but please keep an eye on your tracking and bring your order inside as soon as it arrives to help keep your treats fresh.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us right away at mamanpapascandies1029@yahoo.com to request an address update. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Undeliverable Orders
Packages returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery) will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. If you would like the order to be resent, new shipping charges will apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please confirm your shipping address is secure. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at mamanpapascandies1029@yahoo.com we’ll do our best to help you locate it or file a claim with the carrier.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you promptly. You can choose a replacement item, receive a refund for that item, or wait for it to be restocked. We’ll always keep you informed so you can decide what works best for you.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your candy! If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted on unopened items only.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected.
